Dunglemart acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and independent vendors. We are not the seller of record for third-party vendor listings, unless explicitly stated on the product page.

  • Use the Dunglemart name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement
  • Create derivative works based on our platform or content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code

Vendor product images and descriptions remain the intellectual property of the respective vendors. By listing on Dunglemart, vendors grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform.

4. Regulatory Compliance

Dunglemart Technologies Ltd operates in compliance with applicable Nigerian federal and Lagos State regulations, including but not limited to:

  • The Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and NDPC guidelines
  • The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018
  • The Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC) consumer protection framework

6. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint about Dunglemart or a transaction on the platform, please follow this process:

  1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your issue with our customer support team at support@dunglemart.com. Most issues are resolved at this stage within 2–5 business days.
  2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is unresolved after 10 business days, submit a formal written complaint to legal@dunglemart.com, including your account details, order number, and a summary of the dispute.
  3. Step 3 — Mediation: If the formal complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 21 days, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before pursuing litigation.
  4. Step 4 — Legal Action: Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, in accordance with our Terms of Use.

For payment disputes processed via Paystack or Flutterwave, you may also raise a chargeback with your bank or directly with the payment provider. This does not affect your right to contact Dunglemart separately.
