By creating an account, browsing, purchasing, or selling on Dunglemart, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on this platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Dunglemart. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

To access certain features of Dunglemart — including purchasing, tracking orders, and leaving reviews — you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

Dunglemart will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All prices on Dunglemart are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment is processed at the time of order placement. We use industry-standard payment processors (including Paystack and Flutterwave) to handle transactions securely. Dunglemart does not store your full card details on our servers.

Instalment payment plans are available on eligible products. By selecting an instalment plan, you agree to pay all scheduled instalments on their due dates. Missed payments may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of amounts already paid in accordance with the plan terms.

In the event of a pricing error on the platform, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Dunglemart works with third-party logistics partners to fulfil orders, and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events, public holidays, or logistics disruptions.

Estimated delivery windows are:

• Lagos: 1–2 business days
• Other states: 2–5 business days
• Remote areas: Up to 7 business days

Risk of loss and title of purchased goods pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided at checkout. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
• Not in the category of non-returnable items (see below)

Non-returnable items include perishable goods, digital products, intimate apparel, customised items, and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Dunglemart is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Vendors on Dunglemart are independent sellers and are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, fulfilment of orders, and compliance with applicable laws, including consumer protection, tax, and product safety regulations.

By selling on Dunglemart, vendors agree to:

• List only genuine, accurately described products
• Maintain sufficient stock to honour orders placed
• Dispatch orders within the stated processing time
• Respond to customer queries and dispute requests promptly
• Comply with Dunglemart's vendor code of conduct at all times

Dunglemart reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any vendor found to be listing counterfeit goods, manipulating reviews, or engaging in any fraudulent activity.

You agree not to use Dunglemart to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data without our written consent
• Engage in price manipulation, review fraud, or any other deceptive practice
• List, sell, or facilitate the sale of illegal or prohibited items
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or Dunglemart staff

Violations may result in immediate account termination, removal of listings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

By using Dunglemart, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience on our platform. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect certain features.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dunglemart and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Dunglemart shall not exceed the amount you paid in the transaction giving rise to the claim in the 90 days preceding the event.

Dunglemart does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We provide the platform "as is" and "as available".

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage both parties to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.
